To Reach Reachers
The Paradox Network mission is to support high level leaders in their calling to plant churches in strategic areas - "While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.'" (Acts 13:2) We're developing a movement where church planting leaders are reproducing healthy churches.
- The Need
Cities with astounding growth; the most significant cultural change in history; the opportunity to engage our world relevantly, help to create stronger families, bless their communities with a "make a difference" attitude, and lead individuals in the adventurous journey of faith in Jesus Christ. People need churches. Families need churches. Communities need churches. God needs churches!
- The Mission
Paradox's mission begins with planting planters; discovering high level church planters who are called, equipped, and have the disposition to be successful starter of churches. Wishing to avoid the deep heartache of a failed plant and insure the best possible conditions to build a dynamic church that impacts lives for Jesus Christ; we help church planter candidates by advising their strategic ministry plan and studying the feasibility of their location too.

There are a rare breed of pastors who are not only gifted leaders and communicators, but are also entrepreneurial. Courageous leaders called to willingly risk in order to bring the light of the gospel to a community in a dynamic way. They are excited and cannot wait to change the world for Jesus Christ.

With a high level leader, the best location, an equipped vision, and the right funding, we plant planters for sustained ministry changing lives for Jesus Christ.
