  • Leader Assessment

    • Before the work even begins, our experienced team assesses the strengths and opportunities for growth of the potential planter and spouse. This four-day event will help potential planters see if church-planting is the right ministry fit for them. This empowering process will discover the unique strengths of the leader's personality, gifts, relational dynamics, group leadership, ministry skills, and much more.

  • Location Feasibility

    • It is incredibly important to assess the location of the church plant. Our experienced team will complete a 15-point feasibility study on location of the church plant. From there, we provide a conclusion of how ready and open an area is for a new church.

  • Strategic Ministry Planning

    • Each church and each leader has unique giftings, skills, priorities, and plans. Our team assesses those plans early in the process - aware that changes will happen - but also bringing insight on maximizing impact.
